Kentson went above and beyond in helping with the Zurich warranty that I purchased through them. My car purchased at Kentson required and new front differential and there was a discrepancy in the amount that would be covered through the extended warranty and the cost to repair. Kentson worked with Zurich to get this difference covered. I was very pleasantly surprised when they notified me that Zurich would be coving the additional amount. They did not have to do this but this extra effort means a lot to me and I highly recommend Kentson and specifically working with Chad.
Very modern, upscale and clean. The GM was very helpful with our vehicle concern which was rectified in short order. There was a comfortable customer lounge area with a modest self serve refreshment nook. The technician vehicle service garage is super clean and you can actually watch vehicle repairs in the service bay seated in the lounge area through a whole wall plate glass. Since 2010, I've owned an Accent, 3 Sonata's, a Genesis and a Santa fe. I can't say enough about the quality and reliability with Hyundai vehicles.

They were fairly easy to deal with. They stayed open late to work with me buying a vehicle. I ended up coming back the next day and trying out a different vehicle and returning the original but didn't buy one (nothing wrong with the vehicle other than not having the features I wanted). The salesman that I had worked with was young and inexperienced but was trying his best and the management stepped in to help him out. They were kind and allow test drives without pressure of breathing down your neck.

They were fairly easy to deal with. They stayed open late to work with me buying a vehicle. I ended up coming back the next day and trying out a different vehicle and returning the original but didn't buy one (nothing wrong with the vehicle other than not having the features I wanted). The salesman that I had worked with was young and inexperienced but was trying his best and the management stepped in to help him out. They were kind and allow test drives without pressure of breathing down your neck.
